Our Leadership

Anita Dietrich – Founder & Lead Organizer (2017–Present)
Anita founded Snohomish County Indivisible in 2017 and has led the group ever since. Over the past eight years, she has dedicated over 13,000 volunteer hours to sustaining the mission, cultivating relationships, building infrastructure, leading meetings and guiding strategy. Her quiet, steadfast and committed leadership has been the foundation of the group’s strength and resilience. She continues to serve as the group’s lead organizer and final decision-maker.

Paula Townsell – Admin Team (2017-2024); Leadership Team (2024-Present)

Paula joined the group shortly after official meetings began in 2017 and served on the Admin Team from 2017-2024 when she joined the newly formed leadership team in 2024.  She quickly became an integral part of the team. With strengths in event organizing, she plays a key role in community outreach. Her partnership adds vital energy to our work and future vision.
